SG at WWoHP

I'm waiting in line for the HP and Forbidden Journey and here's this annoying brat climbing over the railings just being all sorts of annoying, and we're at the loading platform and he climbs over the wall and lands on the moving platform and dad does nothing. TM goes after the kid and then dad gets furious and starts screaming in TM's face, "Don't you handle my kid like that!" "Sir, your child should not be climbing over walls and getting lost in my attraction. This is MY attraction and is MY job to keep EVERYONE safe." He gets even more irate and explodes in TM's face. TM is about to do an E stop to keep the belt from moving and kid getting lost and a couple other TMs quickly escort the guy and kid out of the attraction and that was the last I saw of them.

Good for the TMs to back each other up. Too bad they couldn't take the guy out back and give him an 'attitude adjustment'.

Shocked, shocked, am I at this callous comment!

...Didn't you even think of the poor janitorial staff that would have to clean up afterward? And what if part of the ride had gotten damaged? Then maintenance would have to be called in, and the good people who were waiting would have to wait longer.... :cat1:

Shoot I would have ride-stopped right away. One of the things I like about that ride is the team members. They run that thing like clockwork.

That father should try dealing with CPS--that's definately child endangerment!

Wow, that is a bit nuts. We were there over our honeymoon and rode forbidden journey twice (single rider line is awesome!). While insanely crowded, we didn't see any SGs of note, surprisingly. On a side note, we now refer to it as the Wizarding World of Queue lines. I couldn't believe the wait just to get into a shop! For our second day we got there right as it opened so we could check out the shops without waiting in line.

Yeah, those lines just to get inside a shop were a joke. It was so crowded, it was hard to tell if you were in line for something, or trying to slowly make your way to yet another line.
