Thought you'd enjoy a couple of pics from our just-finished Christmas shows, since most of you live too far away to attend! Great shows, packed houses, lots of fun for all. (Except I'm dog-tired and very sore.)
I'm on the top row, one in from the right.

Either that or they've all developed a theater-esque lack of underpants modesty and learned the art of the group quick-change. *Is reminded of close quarters large ensemble quick changes in a narrow hallway during "Titanic the Musical."*

Why do you think our shows sell out??? :D:
Actually, the
Eisemann Center is a
very nice theater complex, with multiple dressing rooms on a lower level. There's plenty of room for all 120+ of us -- even when (as there usually is) another show is going on at the same time in the smaller theater. We're pretty spoiled there. Most of the other shows we do at other locations are rather challenging space-wise. (At a recent show in east Texas, I changed in the space under a staircase.)

D'OH! Forgot to mention this in time to edit my last post!
VM is offering a download of a live recording of a song from our Christmas shows for $1.
It's of Leonard Cohen's
Hallelujah, newly arranged just for the Vocal Majority. It's a gorgeous song anyway, but the
a capella arrangement is spectacular and it was a huge hit with our audiences. (If you're familiar with the song, you may know it isn't really a Christmas song -- but after hearing this arrangement I think you'll agree
it is now!)
Follow this link to the
VM online store and click on Download MP3.

ETA: Even if you don't intend to download, it's worth clicking through just to see a pic of one of our newer members, Jared -- 7'2" tall and... well, he makes
me look tiny (At 6'5", I almost come up to his shoulder). He was in the show as a "reindeer wrangler," and then available for pictures with the audience at intermission!
