I actually think that Jim Cummings does a good job as Tigger. He's been doing the voice for a few years now and he sounds pretty close to Paul Wichell.

We have no choice, & I agree with Disneyguy.

Yup.
And actually, Jim Cummings did Tigger's voice for a few projects even before Paul Winchell passed away; like for toys and The Tigger Movie. As I understand it, Paul Wichell's last gig voicing Tigger was for the Winnie the Pooh ride in WDW.
I don't know who is voicing Piglet since Fielder passed away, but whoever he is, he does a great job.

yeah, thats how he prolly learned it, people do parttime work on small projects and learn a voice. I can just see it on his resume.
I am the voice of Pooh for Disney.
and I thought I had a pooh job...

John Cleese is going to be the narrator. I think he'll do a great job.
Craig Ferguson is voicing Owl. After watching the trailer, I'm not sure that was the best choice.
I am not a fan of Pooh Bear anymore, but I just might see this movie. They are going back to the original books for the story and John Lasseter has had a lot of creative input for this film.

That's true. Actually, John Lasseter has creative input with
EVERY film from Disney Animation ever since he took over Disney Animation in 2007. He has been the executive producer of every film since then.
He is the chief creative officer at both Disney and Pixar Animation.
At the D23 Expo last year, John Lasseter said that the film is going to feel like a classic Pooh film, and they are using source material from the original A.A. Milne stories that has not yet been tapped into. And he stressed that the film is not just going to be for kids, that adults will be able to enjoy it as well.
