GI Joe - "And knowing is half the battle!"

In 28 years, I hadn't thought of it until this year. I'm going as "GI Joe" this Halloween. But I'm not going as just any GI Joe.

If anyone remembers the old GI Joe cartoon show, the end of almost every episode had an animated Public Service Announcement (PSA) teaching kids about safety. Well, a few years back, some filmmaker decided to re-dub and slightly alter the animation, with some hilarious results.

"Don't take any medicine without your parents present" - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OJ2d8fNK2kU

"How to treat a nosebleed" - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=chZsmKZ9 ... re=related

"Call the fire department from a neighbor's house" - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L1BDM1oBRJ8 (language not appropriate for children)

The new cable channel, The Hub, airs the original G.I. Joe cartoons every night. I tuned in one night to see if they would air the safety lessons that appeared at the end of the show, but alas, the Hub has cut them. :(
