to a cast member? We had an outstanding experience with a Photopass Photographer at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique/Downtown Disney last week. Our daughter can be quite shy, but the photog did an amazing job of making her laugh, and the pictures are simply outstanding. He definitely made her experience extra magical.

I know I love getting kudos from customers...especially when my boss hears them...I wanted to write a thank you letter to recognize the photog, but didn't know the best place to send it. Thanks in advance for any advice.

Thanks to all of the cast members for making our guest stay last week enjoyable. You all do a wonderful job of making us feel welcome, and that you really are happy to be there.

The best way is to take the time to send an email to Guest Communications or write them snail mail.

Give the name of the CM, the exact location, time and date if you can and tell them exactly what the CM did. They will make sure that the CM gets praise for making magic for you and your family and if you request it often pass on their compliments to the CM's leadership as well.

8 months? Why foods moves fast, I have one from about 6 years ago I still haven't formally received, there was a posting of all the compliments from the week and it was on there, but I never got anything personally, like is generally done. I have a feeling I'm never going to actually receive that one.

Zazu,

Thanks for the address. I will use it when I go back to WDW. :)

I did have allot of fun back in Oct. 2009. My best friends from GA and Virginia Beach all teamed up.

The cruise is next. I want to go on the Disney Cruise Ship "Dream" and go to the Bahamas.

Oh dear, you mentioned the Disney Cruise line in a reply to Zazu. Don't you know he has the Disney Magic's entire layout memorized? Be afraid, be very afraid.
