Very first SGT at Knott's Scary Farm this season

Post by CujoSR » Mon Sep 27, 2010 9:33 pm

My friends... I went to Knott's on the opening night (friday) of their annual Haunt. We were some of the first through the door. I decided to go with some friends from work. With me so far? Well these friends decided to drink a bit before Haunt, one in particular, far more than the others. He was the brother of one of my co-workers (we'll call her Jane, and him Jack). So they all get out of the car, I meet the new people and we make our way to the front entrance. Jane warns me about his heavy drinking and I comment to her that "this will not end well." Little did I know.

So Jack follows the rest of us into the park, stumbling his way along and being the annoying drunk that we all know and loath. We head over to the first maze, "Lockdown - The Asylum. I brought up the rear since I love to watch the girls scream, Jack was ahead of me. He was roaring (boo!) back at some of the monsters in a playful manner when he let me pass him. I heard one more roar and that was it. No more Jack. When we exited was when I realized he was no longer behind me. We waited a few and then Jane went back in in a bit to see if he got his drunken ass lost. Not finding him she gave up and we continued through Club Blood, the second maze right next to the exit. He was still nowhere to be found so Jane stayed behind with a few others and the rest of us continued on our way.

We met back up with Jane an hour or so later to find out that he had attacked a monster and was ejected from the park. But wait it gets better. He bought him self another ticket, got back in, and went though the maze again, where he promptly punched a girl (I assume another monster) in the chest. He was then chased by security apparently hopping a fence to the back stage area and out the employee entrance, where he wasn't heard from again that night.

At least I didn't have to deal him all night. :banghead:

"Yes, sir, but the water is fake."

Ok got a few more details from Jane today. Jack had actually got back in by jumping the turnstyles that's when he attacked the girl. A monster and escaped.

I didn't invite him. His sister did. She won't do that again.

You know, no offense to those who do partake, but it is stories like this that make me feel a bit better about not being a drinker of alcoholic beverages. Mind you, it is mostly because I never found one I liked...

As to the tale at hand, should Jack expect to have the local constabulary pay a call on him in the near future?

When I drink alcohol, it is usually with a meal.

Don't let him into The World Showcase.

One spring I went to Epcot with my oldest sister and youngest sister. I was to be the non drunk sister/ driver. Oops, my sister was mad at me and she had to sobber up.

I'm the DD a lot of the time, since I don't generally drink while out anyhow, not because I don't enjoy alcohol, I do: at home, in my PJs. It makes me lethargic and dippy... so if we're out and about I don't usually drink.

I did have me a Rita's for World of Color this past trip, but I knew I was gonna be standing in the fastpass return line for over an hour... being lethargic and dippy made the wait far less... and the colors ever so shiny... *Giggles.*
