better than the simlish version of hot and cold.
yeah, she looks like she is wearing a body stocking,
prolly to cover tattoos or other markings.
sort of like the ones tinkerbell wears at the parks.

J/K, but yeah, too revealing, defininitely looks like not enough coverage up front....might scare Elmo!

It's dress up clothes, as she says in the video. It's very common for girls to have dresses that have a section of mesh, where in a similar outfit for adults it would just be bare. It's pretty normal, really.

Not to mention the fact that the dress is actually showing a lot less skin than most of Katy Perry's outfits.

Quite a few people on youtube are complaining about this.

I don't see what the big deal is.

The young children who watch Sesame Street have no idea who Katy Perry is or what she is famous for.

The only reason why the Sesame Workshop does skits like these is so parents can be entertained, because they encourage parents/guardians to watch the show with their kids.
