Thankfully, the current railing set-up on Alice is only a temporary solution. Something that they had to whip up rather quickly.
Although to be fair, they did they best the could to use the leaf designs to help blend it in. Casual guests don't seem to have a problem with it.
In time, the Imagineers will create a permanent solution.

I had a feeling that the explanation in the video was the reason. It does make sense.
In another on of that user's videos, (not linked here) The Mad Hatter was questioned on Johnny Depp's portrayal of the character and at the end of the video The Mad Hatter summed it all up by calling it "crap".

Since she (Apparently) works at City Hall, management found out about it, blasted her and had her remove it.

Actually, I know her and she does not work at City Hall. Although she is a CM.

Im just shocked that the Hatter was able to get away with stuff like that. I mean, I know they don't have handlers, but even I was thinking "Wow. That's going a little over the top"
Oh well... On to the next DL meme.
