I don't know which one it was. All I know is that she was 'totally' gaga for the silly movie.

Funny, but Ozzy did a parody of several movies, including Twilight, and showed it at Ozzfest.......
Ozzy:Saw the word, say it out loud......
Bella: Vampire!
Ozzy: Vampire? I'm no F&*(ing Vampire! Vampires are pussies! I'm the F&*()ing Prince of Darkness!!!!!!!
it's on YouTube,but NSFW!!!!!

Poor writing to the side for a moment, I sometimes worry about the adolescent twi-hards... there's something fundamentally creepy about the relationship between Bella and Edward... with the whole, I love you but I'm afraid I'll loose control hurt you thing, and the Edward watching her when he doesn't know he's there... getting all possessive...
It's not a healthy model for future relationships...

Hey, Mayo, I agree....not really all that healthy for "real" relationships, but....it got my daughter to read this summer. As much as her mom is a geek and will read a 700 page novel in two days, she is not. I talked with her while (and after) she was reading the books and explained what I felt was wrong with the main characters relationship. Mainly...Bella's life was consumed with Edward and she didn't go off to college because she wanted him in her life so badly. I explained that, in this day and age, that's not normal (or appropriate in my household). I told her when she's older she can read my novels about Valkyries and witches that kick butt and still get the man (MUCH too much adult content for her!).
