It's not that Mrs. Potts is heavy (which she is, but still). It's just that the performer tripped. And once down, it's impossible to get back up without help

At least she is soft,
otherwise they would have a cracked potts?
maybe thats how chip got cracked, falling off mom.
sidenote. I think Rainbow Productions makes the new charactors for Disney. You guys ever get to see a new charactor when it comes in?
