Stupid Guest Tricks

I saw some people dressed up as charactors, outside the park
posing for photos with people. when I crossed the street at the dlr entrance I watched from the back for a while. while posing with people they were pickpocketing thier wallets. I love extra magic days, "honey, where is all our money and travelers checks?"
wonder how long it took disney and apd to stop this.
