She was asking about a "Lillian's Chicken" restaurant... She was probably talking about Mrs. Knott's Chicken Dinner Restaurant at Knott's Berry Farm.
I gently corrected her to let her know Plaza Inn was the best place for Chicken on Main Street USA.

A had a family come up to my cart and asked for fried chicken too. I remembered a few years back about the Plaza Inn having it but was not sure. I also mentioned that Knott's has the Chicken Restaurant.

Hmmm...I beginning to think there is some rule that states all amusement/theme parks must include a restaurant known for serving chicken. At my local park, it is "Maggie Brown's".

Wasn't there some sort of Fried Chicken place at Disneyland when it first opened? Maybe she was watching or reading something about the original park and just assumed that things never changed.

Oh yeah! I remember Maggie Brown's. I haven't been into the park as a guest in ages, is Maggie Brown's still there? I can't remember.
I miss the Sundae shops. Always on Sundae and the one in Hometown.
