Stupid Guest Tricks

I found this site while googling for some issues on our upcoming trip (needs that we may have to deal with now), and I just wanted to post a thank you.

DH, our kids and I have been to WDW several times now and have always had a great time. Is it because of the rides, shows, entertainment? Well, yes, but even more it's been the CM's. We love you!!! You always make the experience so much better for us! We love talking with you as we wait, the special little things you may do that just make our trips so memorable!

2 trips ago we ended on a very bad note (a hospital ICU stay - not WDW's fault though) and I think DH was a bit wary about returning. Our next trip was just magical though! The CM working the meet and greet for Prince Caspian who helped ensure the magic continued for my DD (who had been too stunned upon meeting the Prince to remember to get the autograph and had to come back, but wasn't sure she'd find the "same" Prince - thanks to this CM we did!), our MouseKeeping that made the most wonderful towel animals for the kids every single day, the server in The Plaza who chatted with us on our last night and brightened the night for our kids with some light up clips, to every CM that chatted with DD and DS! My DH isn't someone who is very chatty, but for some reason the CM's put him at ease.

Yes, I've seen MANY SG's during the years (and I'm sure have been 1 at some time - sorry!), but I'm always amazed at how wonderfully the CM's present themselves.

I can't wait to go back next month and meet many more CM's - I'll have to be sure to fill out the cards for them this time!

Welcome aboard!!! I think the CMs are the main reason I keep going back, myself.

I know they work harder (and longer - although NOT in tax season!!! LOL) than I do. And, at least the ones I know personally and the ones on here, have a great sense of humor!

BRWombat - I see you're in Plano, TX. I LOVE Plano!! I've told DH I'll easily move there! I love The Blue Goose and would love to head back there for a swirl sometime!

I've never been -- it's on the other side of town -- but I may have to give it a try sometime!
