This Ice Cream is too cold!

Okay, guess I could consider this an SG.
I was at my cart and sold a Dibs to a guest. Little while later they came back and told me the Dibs are a little melty. No biggy, I'll just exchange it for you. Instead they wanted a coffee ice cream bar. Okay, so I get them a coffee ice cream bar. Then I do my spiel:
Me: "Just to let you know this ice cream is very cold and frozen, I'd recommend you let it thaw just a little befo---"
SG: "NO I don't want that, its too cold, is that dry ice in there?"
Me: "...Yes?"
SG: "Well I chipped my tooth on an ice cream frozen by dry ice so I don't want that."
Me: "I understand, but that's why we recommend thawing it just a little bit before--"
SG: "NO I want an ice cream that's hot!" (That's the first time I've heard that before. Give me hot ice cream?)
Me: "I'm sorry sir but all of our cart ice cream is frozen by dry ice. If you'd like, you can get ice cream at Bur-r-r Bank Ice Cream at--"
SG: "Well fine I want my money back---wait no give me another Dibs instead."
So I handed him another Dibs, he opens it and says its fine and walks off. Frustrating. I think even more frustrating is how many times I was cut off. How are you going to know where that place is if I don't get to tell you? You probably chipped your tooth on the ice cream because you told whoever was trying to warn you to be quiet or you left before they could even talk to you! And then, after all that, you just get another Dibs. Sigh.
Then another guest from his group came back and asked me another question:
SG: "Hey, what is hot ice?"
Me: "Hot ice or dry ice?" (I was figuring I mis-heard him.)
SG: "Hot."
Me: "Well, I'd figure hot ice would be water then."
SG: "Oh..okay. Thanks!"
That actually made me chuckle a little bit.
