Didn't it use to be that elderly people were helped across the street at marked intersections? Now they're being struck as they cross unassisted

Yea...she got the plate number. Problem was that his plates were fake - the number on them doesn't correspond to any registered vehicle.
I imagine the Government Motor Vehicle office (which in Quebec, rather conveniently, is also the public Auto Insurance company) will want to have a chat with him once the police find him. They can tell him that they're suspending his license AND jacking up his Licence Renewal/Insurance Premium fees!

I know this would be a hell of a long shot,but when she's better,maybe the victim could hang out in the same area,about the same time. The bonehead just 'might' drive by again.

Hope when Karma goes around, He suddenly gets run over by someone heavy as Churchy in an ECV and told "Oh Sorry I am late for work."
