It's all 'fluff', Disney can do no wrong.
On those 'other' boards,no one can figure out why they didn't make the veiwing area in tiers. The people in the back are at the same level as the people in the front. Apparently 'stadium' seating didn't cross the minds of the the suits. Maybe the thought of 'Dining Seating' was the driving factor?

Ah, I had a hunch. Fluff is what all companies do. Even British Petroleum. ;)

Still, the show is awesome. Which is what the video focused on.

The view that I got last night was not that bad, it was pretty close...

Apparently the reason that Disney has gone with the Fastpass thing is so people don't camp out all day like with Fantasmic.

...And according to Wikipedia the viewing area is "multi-tiered" so who knows...
I'll have to check again next time I go.

The viewing area is in tiers. There's three levels. Mind you each level holds quite a few people, but there are distinctly three levels that have stairs (and various roundabout ramps) that go to each one. I have no idea what these people are talking about.

From the photos of when the area was being built it 'did' appear to have different levels. It could be a 'perspective' issue. The back looks higher than the front, but not 'high' enough.

Well, I'd say that the long-run its not really that big an issue, because even from the back, most of the show can still be seen.
