I got the feeling that I'm an odd duck when it comes to smart phones. Does anyone use your phone as a phone anymore?

While I do surf the web occasionally on my BB, It's primary use is to talk and receive emails for my business (and now that I bought tether, an access point for my laptop). I don't do facebook, twitter, etc and I dislike texting (I have fat fingers and I'm old) but use it because others don't remember a phone is a phone.

I don't have a smart phone. I only got a cell phone in the last year and since I didn't want to spend too much (plus I already have an iPod Touch), I got a basic cell phone.

He does not have the fish finder app, just the 'how many beers are left in the smart-fridge' and the 'have more beer brought to the house' app.

Did the survey for you! The iPhone is very handy. Having a device that I can ssh from and carry in a pocket is always a plus!

NO,,,,no smart phone. In fact I voted against ever having one. (too many destractions) My cell-phone does have a camera ,lots of pics of my thumb.
Ktulu found me out though,my 'how many beers in the fridge' thingy,it was just updated to 'auto-rotation' to keep the freshest beers possible. ;) Me and the wifey are still working out the ,'need more beer' argument.
