Pretty fly for a mouse guy.
They are probably just trying to appeal to the younger demographic.

I saw these on OrlandoFloridaSucks.com, of all places. Not sure exactly where those came from, but I'm assuming (hoping!) that Disney is not selling them in the gift shops :p:

I haven't seen those pieces in particular.
However, I can say that this spring's Disney Parks Merchandise lineup is pretty edgy compared to previous seasons. A lot of references to the more mischevious Mickey of days gone by.
That, and colourful. Very,
very colourful. Think bright primary colours.

While I think Mickey can be portrayed in various ways..."Street" isn't one that come to my mind. Nor do I think that it is one that was particularly called for. I mean, sure, the cover to the Disney DDR game had some pretty "fly" outfits on Mickey and company. But these? What, is he going to start rapping about how the Man keeps the Mouse down? Sorry, but this look just says "sell-out", not "modern", to me.
