There are a lot of references to other Disney movies in Princess and the Frog...

Carpet from Aladdin. Nods to Ariel, the dolls and dresses. Few other things that I can't remember at the moment.

In the final scene at Tiana's new restaurant, Lou is playing in a band called the Firefly Five Plus Lou. It is a tribute to the Firehouse Five Plus Two-which had members of the famed Nine Old Men animators. In fact, very briefly, you can see who's playing at the piano. It's Frank Thomas, who played the piano in the band.

And on that note, I just remembered this;

The address on Bolt's collar is the address of Disney Animation Studios.

Of course, films like Bolt and The Princess to the Frog have something on common with Pixar films; John Lasseter is the executive producer of them! :cool:

"A113" is in nearly all the Disney/Pixar cartoons today. Does anyone know if it's in non Disney/Pixar cartoons as lots of non-Disney animators and artists went to Cal Arts?
