Leads must go in the CDS via computer & move those with needs around. Shorty, remember when you were @ DLR & I was off? One of the reasons was CDS didn't know what to do with me.
It does have the ability. A few CMs in my area are exempt from going outdoors due to medical reasons so they only get indoor positions. There's one part-time CM who only sews in the Chapeau as she was a statused sewer before we switched over to the computerized machines. She was grandfathered in as the change was made in the middle of the contract period.
Ok, this just opened me up for easy target practice.

Around here, however, we don’t look backwards for very long.
We keep moving forward, opening up new doors and doing new things, because we're curious…
and curiosity keeps leading us down new paths.

No wonder we haven't seen any barbs flung by "You know who" aimed at Main Streeter. :D:
She is well defended.

This is a good name, if you don't mind I'm going to use that from now on. Photopass was changed to this system and there is a good amount of people that hate it too because their breaks are
always late. I have never heard of CM in CDS ever getting a break on time.
