If you ask me, it's just another instance of the TV Stations playing up the Disney connection for ratings. At this rate, how long is it before we see WESH-TV leading off their 11 PM newscast with "Disney Employee Ticketed by Kissimmee Police for Broken Turn Signal!".

Saw this over at board Y . Of course being a Disney board it makes bigger news than the bus accident north of town that killed 6 and injured 15.

Does it matter that I made a mistake? The point is this is bull.... And it shouldn't be happening. It's bad enough it's another cast member (I worked with one of the guys that was arrested back a few years ago), it's worse when it's children involved. It's pretty god damn damaging. We know that BUT when it was someone you worked with or knew it really burns you because it affects your workplace in more than a few ways.

I agree. there are LOTS of people out there that do the same thing, they get caught and arrested and yeah 2-3 of them end up on the news, but if they are connected to Disney in any way. BOOM they are all over the news.

I understand...we have one of those perverts in my old neighborhood that actually murdered an 8 year old girl...he was a known pervert (kiddie porn possession). Not at work, but it does the same sort of thing to a neighborhood.

BTW, your mistake wasn't a big deal. Pretty sure nobody's overly upset over it...

Maybe for his sentencing, he should have to hear from all of the irate former co-workers that are upset with him...before he is sent to prison for 15 years and placed in the general prison population - when the guards tell the worst inmates what he's in for. He might live a week that way....maybe.
