Are Mousekeepers allowed to accept/keep tips, or must any tips be turned over to Management? I know it's not an officially tipped position; I've heard both possibilities, and the facts would be appreciated.

Thanks!

I always tip.
My favorite one is "Stay out of dark alleys at night".

Mousekeeping is a non-tipped position, per our contract.

In theory, any money left in the room gets turned in and management uses the funds to throw parties.

In practice.... not so much.

Tip offers aren't terribly unusual at Concierge, but the first tip I got was when I was working as a railroad conductor. Showed it to my supervisor, since I was still pretty new and clueless (about how they enforced things):

"You moron," he said, "Put that back in your pocket and take it home!"

I liked him. Pity he was a victim of last year's pogrom. He's making customers and staff happy somewhere else now at twice his Disney salary.

Please don't tip me over, I would have to worry about what I would be landing on, wouldn't want to hurt anyone or do any major property damage.

Remember Lasolimu, "It's not the fall that hurts, it's the sudden stop at the end". :(

I'm not concerned about myself, I can heal most injuries to myself in a matter of minutes, but I can't repair property damage or bring the people I land on back to life. I mean, I still feel guilty about that one small settlement(which had maybe 10 people in it) that I accidentally burned to the ground. :(
