Point system

Ok this a silly/stupid question consider I'm not new but I have a doubt about the point system. I thought I knew exactly how it works, but a friend from another department got fired and the info I got makes no sense with what I thought it was how the point system works. How exactly does the point system work and when do the points reset?

It depends on your Union and a little on your role. If the Doctor's answer isn't enough, ask here again. You could also read your Union contract or ask a shop steward.
