Blue Sky Trick

This one comes from two of my best friends:
Yesterday while working at the Blue Sky Cellar in DCA (the preview center with all the concept art for the DCA refurb), a Guest came out and said to them,
"Wow, that stuff's really cool! Have you ever been in there?"
One just stared at her blankly. The other, after a long pause, said, "Yes."

I love Blue Sky Cellar; it is a must stop on each trip to the parks. Just about each time I go one of the CMs likes to go in and explain everything and sometimes they slip some things that aren't there yet but are planned. I have a friend who is a few years older then me and he likes to say something along the lines of, "We grew up with DLR, and now we get to watch DCA grow up."

That's pretty funny.
As far as SG's stories go, that one isn't too bad. They were probably just excited about the new stuff.

I was actually there that day this story happened. (Though I didn't see it for myself)
Yeah, I love the Blue Sky Cellar. Its fun to see people get excited for World of Color and such.
I'm looking forward to the next update.

Crap, I was at DCA on Friday and didn't even remember that Blue Sky was open. Apologies, was too psyched about seeing my baby girls reaction to all the candy corn, and meeting up with friends I haven't seen in ages.
I'll hit it next time.

It's only topped by people asking me (at LEAST four times a day)...
"Have you ever been on this ride?"
........And of course, I answer, "No."
Then they think it over and realize how dumb their question was. Well, thankfully, most of them do....

The last time I was at the Blue Sky, my sister and I were doing the trivia. I seriously did worst than she did.
The area is nice and slightly spread out. I wonder if Disney will continue spreading DCA out into the other parts of the old parking lot? I went to DCA for dinner last Sat and the Orange sphere ride was come pletely gone. What is going to replace that? I have not been over there for a while.

The ride itself will be the same, it's really just getting a new theme. It's going from the swings in an orange to the Silly Symphony Swings featuring "The Band Concert."

Thanks for the update. I will try to get over to DCA sometime next year.
