Info should be at http://www.disneyworld.disney.go.com if I remember correctly. Scroll down to Book Your Walt Disney World Vacation. Look on site for main WDW # if you need more live CM help.

If you have 8+ you qualify as a Grand Gathering. There are specific CMs who deal in GGs only (accoms, dining, special events open to GGs only, etc). Call (407) 934-7639.
More info at http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/planni ... -planning/

So if it is less than 8 it loses it's grand status?

Try board X. Click on to the WDW forum and you'll get your answer. Over and over and over.

For more than 20 people I would suggest calling the main switchboard at 407-824-2222 and and for Resort Group Sales. They are the ones who handle meetings, conventions, etc. When you get to Group Sales, you will probably want the SMERF Department.

(Not little blue creatures, but:
Social
Military
Education
Religious
Fraternal
and it is a semi-derogatory term in the meetings industry, usually given to the person with the lowest seniority because generally a SMERF requires lots of hand holding for not a high volume of revenue.

I think Group Sales will only work with a group if they'll be booking 10 or more rooms (regardless of number in party). If it's less than that, they'll refer you to Grand Gatherings at Central Reservations.
