Story from an attendant I know:

He just closed the line for Lilo and Stitch when a man and his family came up requesting to see them. After having explained that the two were done for the day, the father of this clan starts to shout every expletive you can imagine. Attendant leaves with the characters and then comes out a few minutes later, only to find the man still there (minus family) - the guy again, goes on a tangent, then calling him every insult in the book and then proceeds to step up to the attendant and rip off the hat he was wearing, throw it on the ground then stomp and jump all over it - yelling and swearing some more. At this point, the attendant could not help but be amused and just stand there and snicker at this idiot. Idiot Dad sees this and says, "You think you are a wise guy?!" (or something to that effect) and then takes the hat and chucks it into the nearby bushes. With a big grin, the attendant waves and chuckles loudly, "HAVE A NICE DAY!" Waving to the Idiot as he storms off.

Good work. My mantra when faced with a dolt of any type is, "Don't engage, don't engage." It really pisses them off.

Good for the attendant to keep his cool though.

It is hard to comprehend that a grown up man would get that mad at the fact he couldn't see Lilo and Stitch. Anger issues? He must be a real joy to hang out at parties with. He is probly that drunk guy who doesn't get out much.

It's even better if you add, "Laugh like hell. Laugh like hell." Sends 'em ballistic!

That's a really funny story!

Stomping on someone's hat out of anger sounds like something that would happen in Warner Bros. cartoon!

Oh believe me, there are plenty of adults who become mad if the line for the character is closed. In fact, they usually are worse then the kids!

A New Englander born and raised, I'm thinking the man in the video is from the Northeast! LOL.

I'd have been concerned that the hat stomper would have turned that violence on the CM. Those sorts of people need to be ushered out. Period.
