Need your opinion on an argument that i had with BW... I posed a theoretical event that could be done by SGT members that would be awesome.....

I said.. "Wouldn't an SGT cruise on the Wounder or the Magic be a cool event..."

I know that every ones aminimty is important to some.... but... I can picture it now.. an SGT meet-up on a Disney cruise.....

BW said that I was nuts for even thinking it... and that most people on this board would say NO!!!! due to not wanting to reveal who they are.... but he did get a big smile at the possibility!!!

Please visit my poll located here and tell me if i am nuts for even thinking of this or if this could ever happen....

P.S. Results will be shown next sunday......

T Doc, you want me to vote against a Mod? Plus it's BW. He's a friend. :) Can't knife him in the back. & yes, you are NUTS, but that's why you are on SCT site. I am perhaps the epitomy of total enigma. Can find more hiding places @ DLR than a rat. Meeting others just isn't my fav activity! But having stated the above, I just might be up for a cruise if DisneyMom would go. Ya, need laughs & chocolate. Every cruise needs a stowaway, thus we know darph will be there. Ktulu could be our comedy & BRW would be our entertainment. Yes, I'd go. You are paying, right? ;)

I voted yes. On 2 conditions though. 1,I send that homeless guy to fill in for me. ;) And 2,I get one of those 'unlimited' card thingys for the bar. :)

I forgot, since you're paying,I'll just do coach on the flight up there and back.

On a personal level, I would feel a lot better taking a cruise with the fellow SGTers. Reason being.....

For every SGT member that comes is one less SG that Disney will put on the ship...

Less SG's = :D:

And the less SG's = the safer I would feel on a cruise ship.

The more of us, the less of them!

Just my 2 cents :)

SGT cruise sounds fun! Would love to go on Disney cruise, but will most likely go from LA Port whenever they get the one that is supposed to be on this side of the country. Will have to heavily sedate Hubby to get him on a plane to Florida, and maybe myself as I've never been on a plane!
MS hope Zocalo Chocolate Cake will lure you out from hiding! ;)

Dude, you know I love ya'll.

But I just don't do boats.

Nope. Not me. Not with my vestibular system-- a ferry from the MK to the hotel is the most I can ask of it. If I could go on a cruise ship I could probably still have the balance to drive a car! Not to mention as much as I love the idea of checking out Castaway Cay, I don't like the idea of ocean as far as the eye can see (okay I typed 'sea' the first time) and no land.

Now, if the event were on land and we could afford to make the trip/get time off (with the Saint's job future in flux at the moment that's not going to happen for awhile sadly) well, I'm pretty much 'out there' anyway at this point.

Been great to meet the few SGTers I have so far... So to meet more would be very cool.

I didn't vote cause as I said, cruise ships, not for me.

I think it's a fun idea though!

and I just realized I was no help whatsoever was I? LOL.

Sorrrrryyyyy. But if you think I'd ever get in the middle of a 'discussion' between you and BW... *laugh*

What, you were going to take me fishing?

I didn't know there would be fishing.

Okay that might get me over the fear of the Wonder going all Titanic and sh...tuff (I know, I know, no icebergs in the carribean, wiseguys) but it still doesn't do anything for the lovely parting gifts from that stroke I had nine years ago (i hope this is the appropriate emoticon..) :steamroll:

Sadly, I walk like Jack Sparrow and I ain't faking or intoxicated.
