As a Canadian-American, let me just say that I'm sorry about how funny that was.

I'm sure it was a fluke and that our future Television humour will be much less funny. Look at it this way, with your high-quality, cheaply-made TV shows flooding across the Canadian market, we'll soon have no homegrown humour of any sort on the airwaves.

Oh, and I'm sorry that we have to shove our spelling in your faces every so often - we may still spell things like "colour" and "centre" correctly, but we most certainly don't need to point that out repeatedly.

Oh, and I'm sorry for unleashing Céline Dion onto the world. No living being should be tortured in that way.

Please don't invade my home country. It would prove a most uncomfortable situation for me.
