Well, I just learned Cindy's glass slippers in live shows are plastic. wow, there is a magic breaker for you. makes sense thou, you don't want her to trip and lose some toes...

On the Disney Magic there is a Cinderella stage show, "Twice Charmed." In one scene the slipper is thrown down hard and actually shatters.

My in-laws got to see the slipper up close on a behind-the-scenes tour, and it's a marvel of imagineering -- it's held together in its slipper shape with embedded magnets, and even when "broken" the pieces all stay connected with nearly-invisible filaments. One pull of a particular thread, and the pieces all come back together and are easily refastened for the next show!
