Dallas McKennon will not be down for breakfast...

Dal McKennon had quite an impressive career with Disney. He was the narrator on the Mine Train thru Nature's Wonderland. He was the voice of Andrew Jackson in the original version of the Hall of Presidents. He was the voice of Zeke in the Country Bear Jamboree. He is the voice of Benjamin Franklin in the American Adventure. When Disneyland replaced Nature's Wonderland with Big Thunder Mountain, Dal was the voice of the prospector giving the safety warnings as the trains depart.
He was also the voice of Gumby, as well as other cartoons. You can read more below:

I 'knew' that name sounded familiar. One you see all the time but can't make click later on.
btw,years ago,the UofA basketball team were calling themselves "The Gumbys". Even had a 6' blow-up of our 'green' hero court-side with them.

Bah, I just pulled a Darph and copied off another board ;) I learned from the master :D:

Ktulu..... please do not feed darph's ego!! I try so hard to stomp on it. :D: Digs are fine. Comps - not so much. ;)
