I wish people would learn the names of rides before they go to a park. Apparently, nobody does. Guest terminology 101:
Diamondback
Rattlesnake
Saddleback
Diamondhead
That Big Red Ride
Congo Falls
Timber Falls Log Ride
Action Theater
The 3-D Ride
The Moving Seats Ride
That thing out behind The Racer
Son of Beast
That wooden coaster people got killed on! (NOT true)
The Son of The Beast
The Beastie (confusing, since there was a ride called The Beastie)
Eiffel Tower
The Blue Thing
The thing at the end of International Street
The Racer
The Racers
Boomerang Bay Water Park
Zoomerang Bay
Waterland
Nickelodeon Universe
Kiddyland
Spongebob Land

Isn't this also known as the Haunted Tour and the Suicide Tower?
I've had it in for Kings Island ever since they got rid of the original version of their laser show years and years and years ago. Not the lame second one, but the first version in which the Paramont Logo stars were missing. That show rocked!

As a former slave to Paramount (Kings Dominion) I know how you feel..
I remember when I worked at Berserker i have heared it called the viking, the upside down ship... Days of Thunder was that NASCAR ride...
Any yes.. Both Eiffle Towers are haunted... Our Outer Limits is haunted too.. they built it ontop of the grave yard for the old animal safari...

Let's see, the rides at KI that have had deaths: (* = no longer present)
Eiffel Tower
Flight Commander*
Oktoberfest Pond*
Wild Animal Safari Monorail*
Flight Deck/Top Gun
Flight of Fear (during its construction)
So, according to guests, KI is more haunted than the Haunted Mansion.

Welcome to SGT, KingsIslander. The official Marsupial Welcoming committee should be along shortly.
I worked with a gal that worked at Kings Island, and then came down to do a WDW College Program with her boyfriend (another Islander) ... nice kids, hopefully they'll be back at WDW in the not-too-distant future

What about the death fountain at KI? I thought Mr. Syndrome was BSing me that the fountain deaths occurred on the same day as Ms. Drunkie pulled a Darwin on Flight Commander, but alas he proved it was true.

The death fountain is the Oktoberfest Pond, which has since been filled in. Alas, many SG's have pointed to the Outer Hanks pond and yelled at the top of their lungs that three people died in that pond. *sigh*

ETA: Wait, am I thinking of the wrong fountain? I always thought that the big one was the death fountain, but it's not by the Festhouse. Maybe I've been a SG all these years!
Damn! I can't believe they filled in the fountain! Before Paramont bought the park, we used to love to eat in the restaurant with huge windows that overlooked it. Then the Paramont idiots closed it after first slapping their logo on everything...I think they even outdid Disney for a while there. Paramont's Kings Island...Paramont's Eiffel Tower...Paramont Presents The Women's Room. The only thing I liked that they did (besides adding the Wayne's World car) was that original version of the laser show. The tie-in actually worked with that.

KingsIslander, I haven't been to any Ohio theme parks, so I hope you don't mind being welcomed by someone whose only experience with King's Island is from that one
Brady Bunch episode!
