Stupid Guest Tricks

So, today, on the way to the Resort, I was driving to the parking structure when all of a sudden, I see a car about to go onto the the Express ramp from the freeway offramp straight to the parking structure. There was one problem with that: IT WAS CLOSED!!! It had red "X's" stating that the lanes were CLOSED!!! Also, it had cones leading in the opposite direction. talk about major SGTs,

how rude of Disney to put up barriers stopping them from going where they want too!!

I saw a bus back into one of those barriers. They really do work! :twisted:

I was attending a conference and we were shown some video demonstrations of the "power" ballisters that can be raised up to stop cars, and truck...BIG trucks, they will basically destroy anything smaller than a 2 /12 ton truck, and then they will stop it.

The system that we saw , they remained below ground until the sensor detected the vehicle!!

There's all kinds of barriers these days that will stop pretty much any vehicle and can be raised in seconds. To help ensure safety and security Disney uses barriers like that at all vehicle entrances to the parks except that normally they stay in the up position except when a vehicle is going through.
