Today I was reading the Celebration Independent May 15th issue and they had an article starting on the front page and continued inside to take upo a full page. It talked extensively about a family living in Celebration that has been on 32 Disney Cruises. Why they did not feature our favorite shrink, who has about double that number, is beyond me. So their action really is an insult.

I am almost tempted to send a letter complaining about the article and say they should seek out the real local record holder.

Oh yeah, I got quite a few calls and emails about that one! I happen to know the reporter...nice guy who's in our local writers' group, but he apparently had no idea about my obsession. He said he called DCL and they said there is someone with almost 70 but wouldn't tell him who. Kinda surprising, since they will usually at least say we live in Celebration.

But not to fear...he's coming out next week to take some picks of our DCL memorabilia and do a brief update on the REAL Platinum Castaway Club! Maybe I can talk him into a sidebar of my Hellie Hatred too, although the fad really seems to have died out now. I haven't clotheslines one in months.
