Quick Disney Look Question...

Does anyone know if people applying for the Talent Development Program are required to conform to the Disney look... or if staff animators are, for that matter?

All Walt Disney Parks and Resorts Cast Members are required to conform to The Disney Look while working.
All Cast Members and Employees of The Walt Disney Company are required to maintain a professional appearance while working. However, if they're statused to divisions outside Parks & Resorts, they aren't subject to The Disney Look specifically, and should consult with their Area Leadership and local traditions for guidance.
