from a saying" Ya gots ta pay da man"

meaning not a specific man, but the "establishment"

I substituted a mouse for the man (are you a man or a mouse?)

Like I said, I got it, however my job training makes me go, oh, I can see where he tried to be funny, however it is not because it would not be a properly formed complaint, the Mouse could not make a claim to Youtube for the copyright violation because the content is owned by NBC Universal. They could try for a copyright violation claim in court, but it would fail, they know it would fail, so they would not even try.
