Someone gave my church a warthog mascot costume.
you can see it in my avatar.
hmm, how many warthogs are listed in the bible?
soon as I seen it, I thought it would be a good buddy for a Meercat.... :D:
could have been worse, like a hippo costume.

My only question would be what a warthog has to do with church.

Still, that's hilarious.

I didn't even know churches had mascots.

If you get the meercat, you two could join the creepy folks in front of Grauman's Chinese Theatre in Hollywood forcing tourists to take pictures with them! :D:

It can be used to teach stories and morales. It can be used in the ark scenes. How aabout the blessing of the animals like on Olvera Street.

Warthog: Hi kids I am a wart hog here to teach you about how not to be a hog in church. A good warthog never snorts and makes loud noises in church. I love to eat bugs and grubs but never in church. I always take a bath before church so I smell nice and I always keep my hooves on the ground and not on the pews.
Bubba: Bacon, get him so we can have ham sandwiches.
Deacon: 911, yes, the kids attacked and tried to eat our church warthog mascot. There was a live person in the costume but he is not moving but let out a few faint moans a while ago.

.....he found his aroma lacked a certain appeal, he could clear the savannah after every meal! :pumbaa:
