Stupid Guests Are Like

So, I'm back lurking around for a bit and figured I'd try something new since HYS is retired. . . for now

Stupid Guests. It's Like:

Jumping over a rail to sit on rocks and watch IllumiNATIONS

Jumping over a rail to take a photo with a potato

Getting a fastpass when the wait sign is posting zero.

Getting a fastpass, period

The Hat still being up in front of The Great Movie Ride

Sounds Dangerous

Buying a nine dollar sheet of plastic or whatever the hell the ponchos are made of. . . when it's a light mist.

Using a poncho for Splash Mountain

Taking a flash photo of pyro

Sticking your arms out another two inches to get a photo of a pyro shot

Only showing Fantasmic! two nights a week (over 60,000 complaints in four weeks. . . I'm just saying)

Stitch's Great Escape

Not realizing the joke abbreviation of the Monsters Inc. Laugh Floor

Not realizing that it's not even a joke, but reality

What about the fact that Celebrate A Dream Come True Parade is the exact same thing we saw in 2001. . .

It's all I have for now.

Now wait a second... I do that all the time so I can ride twice. The FP queue is always a shorter walk :)

(Now I might be a SG for riding Splash Mountain in the cold in the dark on saturday night 3 times in a row...)

Now that's just funny, cause out on the west coast, we usually have it 2 nights a week, and we have it every week.

Of course, it's because there's not parade and Fantasmic is literally the only entertainment at Disneyland at the moment.

I've found that ponchos don't really work, anyway. Somehow, they always allow the rain to come up from the bottom...

No, that's not being an SG, that's having fun!! (I've done that too.)...as long as you don't complain about being cold.

When we were there in Sept. 08, we ditched the ponchos. I saw people wearing them on rides. If you go on the ride and want to get wet, go for it! If you don't want to get wet, avoid the ride. Trust me, if it is humid and warm outside, you will drip dry and be ok within a few hours.

When we went to IOA with my cousin, we did get drench on the rides, but we also stuck our stuff into a locker for the day. We did see SG with their ponchos on and they still got drenched.

I don't know, We bought the ponchos (yellow ones) about six years ago or so, and they were fairly cheep. We take them with us and we have used them at WDW a few times, most notably when a hurrican was approaching. and walked around the parks. They kept us a little dry on the upper part, but since we had shorts and crocs/river shoes on, it was no big deal. DW dosn't like her backpack purse to get wet (its one of the cloth quilted things) and I like to keep my camera dry.

Once the rain stops, I can take them off, shake them a few times, and fold them small enough to put in a cargo pocket of my shorts. (because once the rain stops, you could bake rolls under those things!!)

not a big deal.
