We should have a thread for stupid guests who are so stupid, they'll actually post themselves BEING stupid on Youtube. I'll start. Check out this stupid kid as she decides it would be funny to pose with Mr. Potato Head at Toy Story Mania.

I don't know who's dumber. The kid or the mother for not only letting her do this, but to film it as well

WHAT, NO MICKEY MOUSE? WHAT KIND OF PARTY IS THIS?
Stupid guests are why adults aren't allowed in Neverland

Not to mention all the space mountain breakdown vids where the SGs stick a camera in a CMs face for 5 minutes. One group of kids found it funny to flip of a CM behind her back while he filmed her helping other guests out of the rocket. They also do that on indiana and pirates.

Poor Mr. Potatohead will be forced to perform behind a plexiglass window that is floor to ceiling just to keep ladies from groping and pawing over him. does Mrs. Potatohead know about his attraction to the ladies.

What did I miss. Mr. Potato Head became silent long before the girl climbed up there. What is the indication that she broke it. Please don't take this as an indication that I think it is alright for someone to climb up there just for a picture, but, I don't understand why they feel she broke it.
Maybe there is a sensor that stops the thing when someone crosses it...that might explain it.

There is a sensor. I've seen people lean to far in and which stopped Mr. Potatohead in his tracks. He never moves when there's somebody near him, I know that when he drops his ear he'll stop in a certain position and not move until a CM has replaced the ear and then goes in back to reset him.
Around here, however, we don’t look backwards for very long.
We keep moving forward, opening up new doors and doing new things, because we're curious…
and curiosity keeps leading us down new paths.

Speaking of Mr Potato Head, here's a link to TSMM at Disneyland and how to make a super high score.

It probably works at WDW, too.

All I can think of when I see her pose is Robert Downey Jr. in Iron Man, "Please no gang signs, I don't want to see this on myspace."
People who don't stay within the designated walking area should be taken out and put in the stocks for a little bit.... or something with some public humiliation involved. :) It is a very simple concept, and like in this case, if you don't, you ruin the experience for others. When I go in April, I hope there is no issues with this ride, I am super excited to go on it!! :D:
All it takes is faith trust and pixie dust... and Rock n' Roll!!!:jessica:

I can't speak for WDW, but in California I know that Mr. Potato Head is surrounded by pressure mats, and if anything sets them off he will go into his "safe mode" where he will freeze and raise his hands up.
I guess that's more of a safety issue than anything else. They wouldn't want Mr. P slapping someone....
Although....
Anyway, people who go out of bounds to get close to animatronic figures deserve to be taken out of the park. That was a very foolish thing for that girl to do in that video. Animatronic figures can be dangerous.

I would guess the person working with Mr. P also has a nice little red mushroom, and that they have to get permission to pull it up.
My opinions are mine and mine only. If my opinions are the opinion of others who happen to share whatever my crazy views may be, then fine, but it's not because I represent them in having my opinions. Got it?
