10 p.m. or after at Emporium cashwrap with a serpentine guest line to the door. You begin to ring & forget your SS#. DUH! :o:

It's always the phone isn't it? The week before my vacation (of course to WDW) was really hectic at work and I kept taking it home.
1) I hit 9 for an outside line...at home
2) answered the phone "kitchen & bath, this is Marilou"....at home
3) called my bank to check my acct balance and had called our main supplier.....again...at home!

Once at work I approached a customer and did my speil "how are you folks doing today?"....it was only one guy. He looked at me very strangely.

You know you've had a long day, when in Foods, you're just off your shift as a cashier, and you feel your voice is a little raw from taking orders, repeating orders and getting people to sing Happy Birthday to the guests with Birthday Stickers.

You know it's a long day when the last guests come up just before closing and you wonder why there are no more guests after them due to being carried away.

Haha... I am the kind of smart ass who would respond with "oh awesome, then you'll come in and work for no pay. Call me back when you get this message, I'll have a shift lined up for you. A long one. In your least favorite area"

hehehe

^^Ha ha! I always felt silly answering the phone, "Dumbo, Debbie!"

I haven't worked at WDW since Jan. 07, and I still call little girls princess (like if I have to squeeze by I'll say "excuse me, princess"), use the Disney point and the Disney scoop, and offer to take pictures for families. My family thinks I'm hilarious.

Then it's true what they say: You can take the CM out of Disney, but you can't take Disney out of the CM!

Bending down to pick up trash without stopping.
