Stupid Guest Tricks

So, inspired by messages here, I have bought some Disney stock. Now I have a chance to vote by proxy on a number of issues and BoD members. How can I find out more about the issues and the platforms of the board members?

I'd start with SEC filings at http://www.sec.gov/edgar.shtml . The 10K filings are a good place to start.
