It will work to scare drivers. My dad put on his little Ford Courier a semi truck air horn. I used to love to use that to startle people who would be looking for a semi truck, lol.

Awwww, how cute! Amazing how quickly it was put together. Native American dogs--is that the new name for the American Eskimo dog breed?

A buddy had a train horn. He would blow it near train tracks and watch cars stop all the time.

A friend liked to collect sound effects and play them on his mega dB, take up the whole living room, 24 inch Cerwin Vega low end speakers, stereo system. He got a recording of a train going past a crossing and played it at high volume. His wife ran screaming out the back door even though she later admitted she KNEW they lived five miles from the nearest track.

He picked up a recording of a nuclear bomb going off. He started it up and didn't hear anything except what he thought was static so he turned up the volume.

Still nothing so he turned it up some more.

Still nothing so he turned it up all the way. That was when the bomb finally detonated. The 24 inch CVs displaced so much air that his picture window blew out.
