WDW Merchandise/Store Operations Question

OK, I know this is a bit off for this forum, but was wondering if anyone at WDW can help a fellow CM out, lol. I just saw a video of the "new" (read: rehashed, lol) Celebrate a Dream Come True Parade at the Magic Kingdom Park, and I MUST have that music on CD, lol. Yes, I am pathetic, lol :p: .
I'm wondering what the number for WDW DelivEARS, or it's equivalent, is. I don't know if you call it that over there, but here at the DLR, DelivEARS is the branch of Store Operations that guests call if they have any questions about stuff purchased from the Park/DTD/Hotel Stores or if they want to order anything by phone.
I have a telephone number, (407) 363-6200, that's listed as being for WDW Merchandise, but I'm not sure if it's the right number.
Here at the DLR, as I understand it, Merchandise, which creates the Merchandise we sell, and Store Operations, which runs the stores and our DelivEARS service, are seperate from one another. I don't want to inadvertantly end up calling and harassing some poor person, who can't help me, not to mention the waste of money on long-distance charges.
Also, if there is indeed such a service at WDW, do they give Cast Discounts?
Thanks in advance, everyone!
