I've had no problems with Unite Here and am actually on very good terms with two of our reps at CRT (one being the VP of the union). In fact, back in April when I had a huge scheduling conflict with one of my Chef's (requested 4 days off and only had 2 days approved, had to resubmit for the other 2, was put on a waiting list, ended up approved for the other 2 days but was scheduled on one of my approved days-my birthday) I had 2/3's of the reps in my corner (the two I'm on good terms with) but the kitchen rep was in favor of the Chef, seeing as neither of them were seeing the actual problem. Needless to say, I ended up getting my 4 days.

In fact...I've had more "manager" problems then union. They've had my back for quite a while.
