Does the Ko Olina offer transportation to/from the airport?
From their web site:
Transportation
Q. Is there transportation from the Resort to other destinations on Oʻahu?
Visitors to Oʻahu can travel around by rental car, shuttle, taxi or Oʻahu's public transportation system.
Ko Olina is 21 miles from the airport.

In order to have a Pop Tart sticking out of his stomach he would have had to swallow it whole and somehow bypassed all the gastric acids that would break it down primarily into mush. Makes for interesting reading though.
These were written by the doctors involved. I think he had a corner of a Pop-Tart sticking out of his ruptured stomach; he had to have perfected the art of biting food off and swallowing it with minimal chewing. Have you seen those competitive eaters? They don't do alot of chewing when they're trying to down as many hot dogs, etc. as they can in three minutes or whatever. And the guy did consume a lot of other stuff as well, as he told the doctor that he basically spent the day eating, napping, and watching TV. He must've had a dozen snacks before his stomach ruptured. At least he did the smart thing and called 911 on himself after feeling the horrific, tearing pain in his midsection.

the LA Times.
Water slides and lazy lazy rivers and Dumpsters and menehune elevators and $21 burgers oh my.
