Subject: I HATE AP's


So i was doing AP's in the Plaza Pavilion this past weekend and a
guest came to the window next to me to get her 6 annual passes
proccessed. She handed the lady at the window next to me her 6
tickets and then proceeded to explain to the CM that she had asked
for 6 deluxe annual passes and she recieved onyl 4 deluxe and 2
socal. The CM asked the guest if she had a receipt for the purchase
and she said she didn't because she had paid cash and receipts
aren't given out for cash transactions. So ever the quick thinker
my lead called for our on duty manager to go to the window that sold
the tickets and pull up the exact transaction on the computer the
tickets were bought on. The computer clearly showed that she had
bought only 4 deluxe and 2 socal passes. When my manager got to the
pavilion thiks guest was raising hell and taking names so to speak.
she got so out of control that security had to come to the pavilion
to help the situatuion because my managers (at this point 2 managers
had arrived on scene) felt that this lady was going to get violent.
she then got mpore out of control so much to the point that her
passes were revoked indefinitly before they even got processed.
Scammers never win!!
