Stupid Guest Tricks

I need to try to get by the Trading Post tomorrow morning before work so need to know when to get there. The park itself opens at 9:00 but doesn't Frontierland have their rope drop a little later?

The land that opens late is toontown (10). Frontierland opens at the same time as the rest of the park.
