It's Grad Nite Time Again...

And in honor of it, I want to know about the craziest thing you've ever caught a guest doing.

My story is a little mild (but hopefully I'll come out of grad nite season with much better ones... :twisted :)

I was walking along Big Thunder Trail doing a perimeter check when i see two kids making out on a bench. Now, not just kissing, we're talking MACKIN' IT.
She was moaning loudly and had her legs wrapped around his waist and he was grabbing her butt and sucking on her neck. I walked up to them and stood there, smiling at them until they came up for air long enough to notice me.

"Hey, guys, this is a family place, not a place for making families. Let's keep it G-rated, ok?"

They stared blankly at me for a few moments and dove back in. Were I not due for rotation I would have loved to stick around and poke them. It seemed nothing would ruin the mood for these guys.

Good luck to you guys who have to work Grad Nites! I always hated them...but I fortunately never caught anyone doing anything above PG-rated.

My favorite part of grad nite is the no exceptions "if you lost your ticket you're not getting back in" policy. I love to be the one at the gate when they're screaming and cursing at you and you get to just smile and say "you can wait for your school on the bus."

Pirates, Pooh, Mansion, all dark rides and theatre-based venues....and
as we've just read, any unlighted areas... be prepared for some extra special magic on grad nites!

Oh, and Ariel's grotto seems to be "The Place" to partake in the varous
substances the past few years.

And of course, security will have no flippin' budget for a staff, so WE
get to monitor it. yay.

As a recent graduate, I fully support the use of caddle prods in cases of horny teens.

No budget? That surprises me. Here at WDW about the only reason a security CM didn't work somewhere on Grad Night is because they worked the day shift. Almost nobody in that department had Grad Nights off. Normally security is low key but during Grad Nights they are EVERYWHERE in the park and all wear bright orange vests so are quite visible. For the most part if they weren't working in the Magic Kingdom they were working somewhere else on property as they still have to keep everything else they guard manned while increasing dramatically the number of guards in the MK. There were so many guards on they had to hold their briefings in the old Walt Disney Story Theater as they would never all fit into the security offices.

Security has a LOT of overtime on Grad Nights and that is a big budget killer.

Not to mention the buttload of money I'm sure WDW pays to Orange County to have armed plice officers everywhere.
