Stupid Guest Tricks

We will be in the World soon, and I LOVE LOVE LOVE the opening ceremonies for MK. Yes, I am one of those poor saps who cry like a baby as soon as the song starts. (I also cry like a baby when I hear the song the CMs sing on Main Street.) I've noticed that the actual "program" doesn't happen every day, is there a schedule for that? Like every friday, saturday and tuesday performers actually open the park?

I used to know, but it may have changed since I worked there. I still have some friends there, so I'll ask around an see what I can find out. Unless someone beats me to it. Anyway, have a great trip when you go.

According to my 04/27/2008-05/03/2008 Tell-A-Cast the schedule for the Magic Kingdom Welcome is:

Sunday - Wednesday: 8:48am
Friday, Saturday: 7:55am

Thursday is also showing 7:55am but from how it is after Friday and Saturday and not shown with them I believe that means there won't be a welcoming show this Thursday but there will be one next Thursday but I'm not sure.

Ok Smarty pants!! LOL Yes we are leaving Nebraska. We have to, this place sucks on the old brain cells if we stay here ALL the time. hehee We even have our permanent leave the state plan all set up. *sigh* we just have to wait another 11 years.

Are you talking about the one outside before you pass thru the tunnels onto Main Street? Where they pick a family to ride the train with the characters and cute little songs up on the platform above the flower beds. (side note--I really really really want to do this at some point) I thot that one was an every day occurance.????????? I know they do the seperate little shows inside and thot those were more sporadic. ????

Confused now. Not more so then usual but still. LOL

Vixen..yes I mean the one with the train and family helpers, nope not every day. We missed it last year when we went and I felt jipped. LOL (well, not really but you understand) I have seen the one with the trolley every day that we've been there...LOVE that one, too.

Well, you can always come out to California, and settle "near" DLR!!!

DLR would be cool, but we were thinking more along the lines of Celebration. :) And working in WDW. LOL
