Freaking out again

Ok so get this!
1. My friend who has been seasonal since I started with the company but never left (unlike me) has transfered to part-time after getting capped for hours. She is now at AD/LIB! I am sooo jealous!
2. Apparently one of the managers who promised me training this summer is no longer in my area, I have a strong feeling that I am going to get screwed back to the Land or to the Seas. I really want Soarin' or Image but I am afraid to tell my managers this as they will probably get mad at me again.

I don't know what to do! Suggestions?

All I can think of that you can do is politely talk to your managers. From what you've said in the past you and the shop stewards don't get along as you're seasonal so I assume talking to them is out of the question. If you can catch up with him try to talk to the manager who moved, he may have some ideas.

Image? You talking about ImageWorks? I don't know much about that area, what is it?

Sorry Image is short for the Imagination/HISTA complex. Attractions doesn't run Imageworks. Yeah, most of the managers don't like me as well. They think I am too intense, that's what happens when you want to work for Disney for years and they stick you on the Land.

No, that's what happens when you want to work the Land because it's supposed to be a high-spiel attraction and then you find out it's not.

Is it bad that I am this stressed out? I am a worrier by nature but I feel like this is more than my normal amount of worry. I try so hard at my job and whenever I feel like I'm doing well I get these talks with my managers that basically give me a "I'm looking for an excuse to term you" vibe. If I got termed from Disney I don't know what I would do...
I just want to be happy at my attraction and be happy in my job, but right now it seems like Stupid Manager Tricks outweigh the SGTs.

I can feel what you're going through. I'm getting a lot of the same runaround here at DL. My managers like me, but sometimes, particularly with regards to Cross Training and Transfers, I can't help but think that I'm being stonewalled by the company. I like my job, but sometimes I feel like I will never be able to advance.

The thing about corporate environnments like Disney's is that sometimes, to get what you want, you have to run around the official procedure and utilize your network to acheive your goals.

Try contacting the manager who left. He might be able to pull some strings with the current management, or at least give you advice on what to do. Also, talk to some FT and CR CMs (preferably those who don't give you the "You're a CT, so I don't want to have anything to do with you" attitude). They might be able to give you some advice, as well.
