The flats awoke today to see lots and lots and lots and lots (ok that's enuf) of snow outside. They were very excited and couldn't wait to go outside and play in it with their best friend Meghyn and their 3 foot tall house guest Flat Elizabeth.
They had fun watching the neighbor use the snowblower and run around the yard having his dog chase them. Then they decided to go play on the swingset but it was hard with all the snow to slide.
Since the sidewalk needed shoveled and MM and WW were too small to handle the shovel they had Flat Elizabeth help out. Afterwards they all decided to make snow angels.

"Wow! We have been sooooo busy getting ready for our very first trip to Walt Disney World. We didnt realize how much work it is so we thought we would have some fun and play a trick on Vixen. WW and I got into the one suitcase on the floor and waited until Vixen came in and yelled BOO! Vixen was not amused. She told us both to get out or she would shut us in and lock the zipper (can you breathe in a suitcase?) and besides she didnt have enuf room for her clothes. Oh well, back to work."

Today we get to leave for Florida and warmer weather. Vixen says it will be a very long drive and we wont be there until tomorrow nite.

Can you believe she forgot us?. HMMMPPFFF...oh the indignity of it all. She made Donnie drive back about 1/2 hour to get us. Well she forgot the pillows and blankets too so we dont feel so bad.

And we are off to where there is no snow. YAY!

YAWN! We are so tired from the drive down here. Vixen said that we can stay in the hotel with Flat Elizabeth and watch tv while they go to the Polynesian and grab a quick bite. We have lots of stuffed animals to play with while they are gone.

March 3-8, 2008

WHOOOOO HOOOOOO! Guess what we got to do today? We got to meet a bunch of people from SGT and in particular BIg Wallaby. WW said he is really big. Then again everyone is really big compared to us. We almost got wet at the Muppet fountain.

We did so many fun things this week and met lots of really nice people.

Today we get sent out to Susi. We cant wait to meet her and Raffles. I hope WW doesnt get too excited at meeting them and piddle on his favorite nightshirt.



sidenote from VIXEN.....Donnie is out as we speak getting the memory cards burnt to disc so I can hurry and post them. We wont have a puter or phone for a bit as we have to return this one TODAY! :( I will try to get them up on photobucket before we return it.

Mini Meghyn and Widdle Wallaby arrived in Denver safe and sound! They hunted for Easter eggs on Easter with us and each found a very special egg! Meghyn had to wear her Winter clothes because we got snow and it was cold. They have played with the kitties here and are about to go on a plane ride tomorrow to California. They will be visiting the Gold Rush country in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains. They will have lots of fun there and tales to tell. Then it is off to the San Francisco Bay Area and Carmel which is right near the ocean. Then off to Disneyland with them. After that they will be visiting their next host! We will have updates from California in the next few days.

Hi. I'm next on the list and currently visiting family in Oregon, but will be back in Florida the evening of April 17th. Susi will be mailing the Flats to me so they can continue their adventures in the City of Five Flags. So, tune in later and enjoy the next segment of their travels.
